College Placement Services is a website build using WordPress with a custom theme template called Avada. This site was build from the ground up including:

• Setting up the back-end:
  • securing a unique domain name
  • subscribing to a web-hosting service
  • uploading the WordPress website
• Website development
  • selecting the base template
  • laying out content and pages/posts
  • creating privacy policy and disclaimer statements
  • ensuring a responsive design for mobile, tablet, or desktop
  • setting up email accounts
  • enabling and managing subscriptions and contacts
  • creating a contact form
• Upgrade, Security and Maintenance
  • keeping plugins and components up-to-date
  • regular backup and archiving
  • incorporation of anti-spam, anti-virus, firewall and malware scan software

The image above is a screenshot of the contact form that was used on this website (Contact Form 7). It captures information that is important to “The College Guy” and provides a way for each party to connect. A privacy policy page had been created should the prospective client want to know more about how their submitted information is being used.
